DESCRIPTION: The project is a mixed-use residential and retail building that consists of three Basement four Podium and twenty-eight typical floors, and spreads on an area of 11,260 m2 . ECOBUILD was the project's sustainability and Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing systems design consultant. Our designers have cut net energy used by 50%, compared to a similarly occupied building in the same climatic conditions, by optimizing heat recovery, ventilation, and lighting design. The strategies also include ultra-efficient plumping fixtures and an optimized envelope to minimize air-conditioning loads.
